Many of my students say “Bakery Shop” when talking about パン屋 in English. That is the same as saying パン屋屋 in Japanese, which sounds kind of funny, but isn’t correct now, is it?
パン屋 can be translated a number of ways:
パン屋 【人】a baker 【店】a baker's (shop), a bakery. (!販売のみの店は a bread shop)
But never Bakery Shop (パン屋屋).

“What does this bread taste like?”
「甘口でしっとり[歯ごたえがあってあっさり]しています」
“Well, it's a bit sweet and doughy [chewy and plain].”
パン粉[くず] 【bread】crumbs
